Former Buffalo Bills quarterback Nathan Peterman has found a new home in the NFL, signing with the Atlanta Falcons’ practice squad. This comes after his second stint with the Las Vegas Raiders ended on August 27. The Falcons made room for Peterman by parting ways with offensive lineman Julién Davenport.
Peterman has had a series of jobs since his time with the Bills, where he had a forgettable tenure. He joined the team as a fifth-round draft pick in 2017 and had a disastrous start, throwing five interceptions in the first half of a game against the Los Angeles Chargers. Despite a brief moment of success in a blizzard game against the Indianapolis Colts, Peterman’s time in Buffalo was largely marked by struggles.
Now, Peterman gets another opportunity with the Falcons. Let’s see if he can turn things around and make the most of this chance.
